Return and Refund Policy
Physical Products (Apparel — Hoodies, Jackets, T-Shirts)
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at hindurecreation@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hindurecreation@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Digital Products (Wallpapers, Sticker Packs)
All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, download not working), contact us within 7 days at hindurecreation@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
